Exercise sessions
The Exercise Clinic supports people to exercise safely and in a way which is enjoyable. We have run one-to-one programmes for people living with cancer since 2016. The duration and structure of these programmes are specifically designed for the individuals we work with.

Every exercise programme includes an Introductory Assessment. Our team then spend time devising and coaching our clients through an exercise programme that includes both cardiovascular and resistance training. We also encourage those we work with to make changes to their diet that are healthy and sustainable.

Setting specific goals adds focus to training, provides motivation and a long-term vision. We help our clients to clearly define and achieve their goals.
